Mary’s Spicy Tartar Sauce

First made on May 6, 2017, to have with fried catfish. Very flavorful and more zing (not hot) than store bought.

Spicy Tartar Sauce

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Green Onion tops and white chopped fine
  • ½ rounded teaspoon of Chinese hot mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of Wickels spicy relish
  • 3 teaspoons of granulated garlic.  [Try fresh using the garlic press]
  • 2 dashes of Crystal hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
