First made on May 6, 2017, to have with fried catfish. Very flavorful and more zing (not hot) than store bought.
Spicy Tartar Sauce
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Green Onion tops and white chopped fine
- ½ rounded teaspoon of Chinese hot mustard
- 3 tablespoons of Wickels spicy relish
- 3 teaspoons of granulated garlic. [Try fresh using the garlic press]
- 2 dashes of Crystal hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
