1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon rounded ground rosemary,
8 cloves garlic, diced via press
1/3 cup olive oil
Use only ~25% of the salt and no olive oil and it will taste exactly like the relish-like small spoon full that Carrabbas puts on a small platter and pours on olive oil to make a bread dip.
