- 1/4 cup Sriracha.

- 1 tbs Cajun seasoning

- 1/4 cup Gorgonzola
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup butter milk or use 1/3 cup of 1 tbs lemon juice to 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 12 lg hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 2 tbs milk
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
