Cough Syrup – Feb 2019 for Mary
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup water
Combine all of the ingredients in a jar.
Cover with a lid and shake to combine.
Take 1 teaspoon at a time to soothe sore throats and coughs.
Repeat every couple of hours as needed.
Fresh Thyme Tea – Feb 2019 for Mary
4-6 sprigs of fresh thyme in a mug
Pour in boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes
