- whole kernels from 7 ears of raw sweet corn from the garden
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons good olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper plus more to taste
- ½ cup julienned fresh basil leaves from the garden
- 1 ½ smallish bell peppers from the garden
Dump it all together and mix it.
